A full 9-hole round takes about 45-60 minutes.

FOOTGOLF BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Booking & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your date and tee time. Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received, and confirmation has been issued by the course.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled event will be eligible for a reschedule or 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will not be eligible for a refund.
The venue reserves the right to cancel or postpone bookings due to unsafe conditions or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
3. Group Size & Capacity
Birthday Party Package – Maximum group size is 20 players per session unless otherwise approved.
4. Arrival & Tee Time
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled tee time for registration and briefing. Late arrivals may forfeit part or all of their playtime without refund.
5. Equipment & Dress Code
Bring your own football or use one of ours.
No football boots with studs or blades are allowed, trainers or astro turf shoes only.
Appropriate wear is recommended.
Fancy dress is permitted as long as it does not interfere with play or safety.
6. Course Conduct & Safety
All players must follow course rules and staff instructions at all times.
Any damage to the course, facilities, or equipment caused by an individual will be charged to the booking party. The charge for a lost football is £10 per ball.
Aggressive, abusive, or unsafe behaviour will result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.
7. Prohibited Substances
The consumption or possession of alcoholic drinks, smoking, and vaping are strictly prohibited on all areas of the premises, including indoor and outdoor spaces. This applies to all forms of smoking and vaping devices, including electronic cigarettes and similar products.
8. Food and Drink
Food and non-alcoholic drinks are to be consumed only within designated areas as specified by the management. Food consumption outside these areas is not permitted.
Non-alcoholic drinks in plastic bottles are permitted on the course.
Glass containers and alcoholic drinks are strictly prohibited.
9. Litter Disposal
All litter, including food wrappers, drink containers, and other waste, must be disposed of in the bins provided throughout the premises. Failure to comply may result in penalties or removal from the premises.
10. Weather Policy
The event will go ahead in most weather conditions. Please dress appropriately.
In cases of lightning, flooding, or other extreme conditions, the course may close. A rescheduled date or refund will be offered in this case only.
11. Liability
The course accepts no responsibility for lost or damaged personal items.
All participants play at their own risk.
The booking party may be held liable for any damage caused by its members.
12. Force Majeure
The venue is not responsible for failure to deliver services due to events beyond its control (e.g. extreme weather, acts of God, government restrictions).
13. Agreement
By submitting payment, the customer confirms they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions in full.
Only guide dogs are permitted.
